Preparing for a Conference as an Exhibitor

How do you evaluate one of the top suppliers of promotional products in our industry? Best service, "check".  Great pricing, "check".  Unique ideas, "check".  Next question?  Oh right... On time delivery, "check".  Take Purchase orders?  "check".   Accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS? "check".

Volunteer apparel?  How will conventioners know which direction to go, who can help them?  Don't have the budget for t-shirts or polos?  How about caps, or branded arm sleeves?
Speaker gifts?  One piece minimums for awards and speaker gifts.  Just ask your sales person for ideas!
